「分鐘」怎麼算？What counts as a minute?
只算 AI 實際說給你聽的聲音長度。點單字聽發音、看卡片都不算。Only the audio actually spoken to you. Hearing a word's pronunciation or reviewing cards doesn't count.
重看同一支影片會再扣嗎？Does rewatching cost minutes?
不會。同一支影片、同一個難度再看一次，不扣分鐘。No. Watching the same video again at the same level is free.
額度什麼時候重算？When do minutes reset?
每月一次。付費方案從訂閱那天起算；免費方案從註冊那天起算。沒用完的不累積。Monthly — from your subscription date on paid plans, from your sign-up date on Free. Unused minutes don't roll over.
怎麼取消？How do I cancel?
在 extension 設定頁按「管理訂閱」就能取消。可以用到這期結束，之後自動回到免費方案。Open “Manage subscription” in the extension's settings. You keep your plan until the end of the period, then return to Free.
